Glenn Livingston, Ph.D.

Originally trained as a psychologist, Dr. Glenn Livingston is a personal AND business coach who's helped clients all around the world, and who's supervised dozens of coaches and therapists to develop successful practices and get stellar results for their clients. His companies have sold consulting, teambuilding, and workshops to big names like AT&T, Nextel, Panasonic, Whirlpool, Novartis, Lipton, Colgate-Palmolive, Kraft, and Panasonic. Glenn's previous work, research, companies, and theories have been covered in The New York Times, Crain's NY Business, America West, Entrepreneur.com, The Los Angeles Times, CBS Radio, ABC Radio, WGN TV, American Demographics, the Indiana Star Ledger, and many more major periodicals. He's distributed training programs to an international coaching audience and is passionate about helping coaches succeed!

ICCA provides a unique training program to impart both coaching skills AND marketing knowledge we believe you can't find elsewhere. We combine live supervision meetings (via webinars and teleconferences), on-demand study materials, and between-session practice with your peers for a powerful learning experience you can complete in just 12 weeks...or take up to December 31st, 2017 if you need it. Only 3 to 5 hours are required for homework, which is much more experiential than academic. Our live supervision groups are available a minimum of 3x/week... and Glenn Livingston runs at least one group personally every week.

Come to the groups when it's convenient. Skip them when it's not. You can even miss several weeks and pick up right where you left off. You have until December 31st, 2017 complete the twelve weekly modules, so there's a lot of room for busy lives and scheduling conflicts!

There's a final exam required in order to earn your certificate of completion, but it's designed only to ensure a minimum level of competence, and it's unlikely you'll have ANY problem with it as long as you show up for the classes, participate, and do the between-session assignments. (You may re-take the test as often as necessary without charge until you pass)

What's more, there are no pre-requisites or background degrees required for our training. You don't need a degree to become a confident, independent, and successful coach because coaching is NOT psychotherapy! (You'll refer to licensed professionals when you're in over your head... we'll show you exactly how to do this)...

You can usually also get started with less money than many other businesses because you can begin part time, and do your sessions via telephone, Skype, and the internet.

Of course, your income will depend on the niche you choose, the environment you work in, the hours you choose to fill (part time vs. full time), the fees you wish to charge, the particular business model you choose, the seriousness of the problem you specialize in, how much time and effort you put into attracting clients, and many other factors...

But coaching is a viable profession once you learn the four pillars of success:

  • Coaching Skills for Stellar Client Outcomes
  • The "Inner Game" of Coaching to Maintain Confidence and Motivation
  • Attracting Clients and Screening Out Those Not Suited for Your Practice
  • And Business Logistics to Manage Time, Control Costs, and Maximize Your Productivity

In sum, here's how it works. First you study a technique via an on-demand video you watch on your schedule. Then you either come to a supervision class to ask questions about the technique or observe a Master Coach demonstrate a key skill--OR--you jump into the online community to find a practice partner so you can experience it for yourself. To get credit for the module you'll need to discuss your practice experience in one of the live supervision groups. Observe, practice, then do. Rinse and repeat... and then after just 12 modules you're professionally trained as a coach!

Graduation Requirements: In order to graduate with a certificate of completion you'll need to (a) attend and participate in at least 9 of the live supervision sessions (b) do at least 75% of the assigned between-class exercises (homework); (c) pledge to honor our code of ethics and; (d) pass our multiple choice final exam.

To learn more, please call 516-234-5371 or submit a support request and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Alternatively, if you're ready to get started, please submit your $500 down-payment below today. (The total cost of the training is $2,995, but substantial discounts are available for paying in full and/or registering early. Affordable payment plans are also always available). We'll be in touch within one business day to speak briefly, learn more about your unique situation, and get you access to the training materials, community, and supervisory sessions. At that time you may also choose the most appropriate payment plan to fit your budget.

In the event we are overbooked or if we (or you) determine our training is not a good fit for your goals, we will either refund your down-payment or put you on a priority waiting list so you won't miss the next enrollment date. At this time we are generally able to accommodate most qualified students in no more than 8 weeks, but there are many variables to consider, so we cannot absolutely warrant this. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
